Service Usage Agreement
1. Purpose of the service
Meralys provides a free online document conversion service. The service is provided 'as is', without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability or perfect conversion results.
2. Service Usage
The user agrees not to use the service to transform files containing malicious elements (viruses, Trojans) or illegal content. Meralys reserves the right to block access to the service in case of abuse.
3. User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for the documents they upload. They must ensure they have the necessary rights to these files. Meralys does not perform any control over the content of processed documents.
4. Limitation of Liability
Meralys cannot be held liable for:
- Data loss during transfer or conversion.
- Layout or content errors in the final file.
- Temporary service interruption for maintenance.
5. Modification of Terms
These terms of service may be modified at any time to adapt to technical or legal developments of the service.
